This has been my feeling since i got the English presentation assignment!! I hate getting up in front of people and talking! My presentation is Tuesday and it on Romanian, I am so nervous that i am going to freeze up or forget everything!! I hope it comes fast so that i can just get it over with!!! 😦
Just did my language arts presentation on suicide (I know depressing I’m not really like this in person) and I NAILED it. Hours of practicing payed off and 100 points into the essential skill category I think I got an A. Can I get a “what what”!!!!!
Ah, yes, I have dreaded this moment. The moment when on Tuesdays I have nothing to look forward to because Agents of SHIELD is not on any more. Season 2 seems so far away. That season finale was amazing, though.Â

What I’m really shocked and excited about is Coulson being the new director. That was unexpected, but it does make sense. After all, who else would do it? Certainly not Fury or Hill. Pretty sure they’ve had their fill of HYDRA and SHIELD for the time being.Â
And the ending was hilarious, with Garret trying to come back and Phil just shoots him. I was really worried that Garret would become like Mike, which wouldn’t’ve been good at all. But ah! Ward! I just… I don’t even know. Ward is just horrible.Â
When I started watching AoS, I didn’t really like Skye at all. I thought she would just be a bit of a Mary-Sue. I was really, really happy when she wasn’t consumed with love for Ward that she abandoned her team and everything she believed in. She actually was cool with Ward dying, which I think is pretty awesome.Â
But Fitz and Simmons made me cry. I feel so bad for them, especially Fitz. Fitz is great, okay. I love him.
All in all, the season finale was great and I’m so excited for season 2!!!
So here’s the thing about music, I’m a bit of a hipster when it comes to it. I hate listening to most mainstream bands and I’ll never jump on a bandwagon. I love those unknown bands and singers that are really great, but haven’t made it to the big leagues. I’m not saying I don’t like mainstream songs, I love a couple songs that have gotten big. But with artists, its different.
This is why I was surprised when i liked 5 Seconds of Summer. They are getting to be bigger and I’m not usually into that stuff. But after listening to their songs and interviews I really love them. They are something different and i like that their words actually mean something. They’re not just words strung together to make some meaningless lyrics like most pop music. (no offence to anyone who likes pop, I don’t mind it) Plus, they have an awesome beat. They are really cool and great band. I suggest looking them up if your into that stuff.
So call me whatever you want- a hipster, jumping on the bandwagon- i really love their music.Â
I believe I’ve filled my blog requirement for the whole year with this blog, seeing as how we aren’t required to do blogs for June. With this in mind, I’ll make it special and ramble about something else other than music nobody else cares about. I’ll make it about a movie series.Â
Rocky. I’d been wanting to see this one for a while when I finally saw it a couple months ago, and I was surprised by how intensely awesome it was. The soundtrack was great, acting impeccable, and Rocky Balboa is one of the best people to ever come out of any fictional media ever. He’s just so lovable as a character and person.
Well, I saw Rocky II a week or two ago, and the sheer awesomeness flowing through that film was… amazing.Â
I’ve heard stories of how when Rocky came out in theaters, people were jumping up and down, screaming their heads off cheering for Rocky. That happened to me watching the second film. I doubtless looked like a fool screaming at a thirty-year-old fictional boxing matches, but you wanted Rocky to win so badly you couldn’t help but stand up and cheer. There is literally nothing wrong with Rocky or Rocky II. (I haven’t seen the thousands of sequels yet.)

yesterday i took the Ap World Test. A test that i was scared so much to take. All the pressure and my friends studying all the time. I porbably spent 4 hours in total studying. But to my surprise the test was easy, the DBQ was easxy byut the last 2 essays were hard and i have no memory of what i wrote. O.oÂ
All i have to say is thank god.Â
So tonight I get to go to the Adv. Dance show with some friends and I’m really excited! A few of my friends that are in it that go to my dance company and so I’m bringing some other students too. I’m nervous for them though because last night I heard there were a few difficulties with the songs…It’ll be OK though, hopefully. And it’s Friday! Finally! Have a great weekend!Â
John Oliver is a comedian who spent quite some time on Comedy Central’s The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. However he recently left the show and took on his own late-night satirical political comedy show. He is hilarious and I encourage anyone to hear some of his comedy. Recently, he talked with Bill Nye (The Science Guy) to talk about climate change. He said that it isn’t deniable any longer, due to the mountain of evidence. He compared the question of “Is there climate change?” to the questions below. The answers are equally obvious.Â
“Which number is bigger, 15 or 5?”
“Do owls exist?”

One of the more recognizable bands I’m going to blog about is Nirvana, and this is that blog.
Recently I’ve been looking into Nirvana’s music out of a sense of curiosity. I knew very little about them, and they are considered one of the more influential bands of recent times, for bringing the “grunge” genre of music into the limelight, along with other things. I still don’t know that much about them and haven’t hear that much of their music (I’m listening to their album Nevermind right now for the first time).Â
I guess what really is fascinating for me is their frontman, Kurt Cobain. He had the fame, money, musical recognition, and life that every musician hopes for. His band is still considered one of the best bands ever, and yet he committed suicide when Nirvana were still at their peak. He’s a fascinating study.
I really don’t have anything else of substance to write, so that’ll be it.Â
